Riviera's Magazine put's on its second annual To Live & Dine Chef's Challenge with over 10 of Orange County's best chefs competing for the title of best dish.

Jason "Chicken Wing" Montelibano from Chapter One in Santa Ana presented Scallop Ceviche with peruvian popcorn corn nuts and a beet filled gel.

Saying Goodbye to Memphis Restaurant & Bar

The end of an era concluded with a week’s worth of festivities at Memphis at the Santora. One such send-off was the final Dinner With Dave on Feb. 12. Dinner with Dave (a free meal by Dave Mau and free concert) has been an institution at Memphis in Santa Ana for years. The last Dinner With Dave featured free delicious tacos and performances by Starpool, the New Limb, Allensworth, Billy Kernkamp and more! All images by Brian Feinzimer.

A new craft cocktail menu is being unveiled this week by the team over at Steamers Jazz Cafe in Downtown Fullerton.
